Refund Policy

Effective June 1, 2026

Monthly subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Business)

Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal (linked from your Dashboard). You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period; the remainder of the month is not pro-rated. We don't issue refunds on monthly plans except for a billing error (e.g., a duplicate charge), in which case we'll refund the duplicate within 5 business days.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans (Basic, Pro, Business yearly) are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused months within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you can downgrade or cancel auto-renewal at any time.

Enterprise

Enterprise refunds are governed by the terms in your signed order form or master agreement. If none is in place, monthly Enterprise terms apply.

Materially inaccurate report data

If a Cornice PDF report contains materially inaccurate data that originates from our processing (not from the underlying NYC Open Data feeds we pass through), let us know within 7 days and we'll refund the most recent monthly charge or comp an equivalent month on annual plans.

How to request a refund

Email hello@cornicenyc.com from the address on your account. Include your charge date and the reason. We'll respond within two business days.
